Metropolia Library is one of the 3AMK Libraries and open to everyone.

Opening Hours

Library opening hours contain both service hours and self-service hours.

Self-service

• Mon - Fri 7.30 - 20​​

When customer service is closed, there is self-service in the library. During self-service you can

• borrow and return loans with self-check stations
• pick up reserved items
• use the library study spaces
• use the library computers and multifunction device (for printing, copying, scanning)

If you notice anything out of the ordinary, please contact lobby services, tel. 040 545 1573.

There is recording camera surveillance in the library. ​

Accessible entrance

The library is located in the C-building, on floor 2.

• The easiest access is with the elevator in C-building.
• Library main entrance door is open during opening hours.
• If you require assistance, call lobby services at 040 545 1573.

The library has plenty of space to work, read and relax. There is also

• A computer room (MMC216)
• Quiet work space (MMC221)
• Four group study rooms (MMC217, MMC218, MMC219 and MMC220), which are available for student use. 
  • Make a booking using the OMA intranet booking system

We have different working areas in the library. They are color coded. Choose your area according to your activity.

• In the red areas you can work loud and clear
• Green areas are for calmer teamwork
• Blue is for quiet working (MMC221).

Drop box

Drop box is situated next to library's main entrance. It can be accessed during campus opening hours. Use it only if the library is not open.
